In many cases a valuation of the property for probate purposes, along with an assessment of the person’s savings and investments and liabilities is all that is required for Grant of Probate, but in some cases there may be significant value in chattels and other items in the property. House Clearance Service

In most cases it is advisable to remove valuable items from an empty property as soon as is feasible, for obvious reasons, but unless the house is particularly full of personal possessions, it is not usually necessary to clear it completely before the sale process can begin. However, once a property is sold there will come a point when it is necessary to remove remaining items that are not wanted by the purchasers. We can arrange the clearance of the house for you, either through local charities, specialist house clearers or a combination of the two.
